Does the extension read my conversations?
It processes conversation text inside your browser to power folders, search, and export. That text never leaves your machine. Our servers never see it, full stop.
What exactly does cloud sync store?
Cloud sync is off by default. If you turn it on, we sync only your folder names and the conversation IDs assigned to each folder, so your organization follows you across devices. Never any message content.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep the free tier (3 folders) and all your data. Folders beyond the limit become read-only until you upgrade again or reorganize. Nothing is deleted.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?

Can I export a Claude conversation to Markdown?
Yes. Open any conversation on claude.ai and click Export → Markdown (or JSON). The file is generated locally on your machine and saved straight to your downloads.
