1. The guarantee
- Pro Monthly — request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you did not intend to continue; just email us.
- Pro Lifetime — request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount.
2. How to request a refund
Email zaibansari20@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout, with your Lemon Squeezy order number (it's in your receipt email). That's all we need. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Once issued, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel Pro Monthly at any time via the customer portal link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to the free tier. Your folders and data are never deleted on downgrade.
4. After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window we generally do not issue refunds, but if something is broken — for example, a platform change disabled a core feature and we haven't fixed it within a reasonable time — email us and we'll make it right. Statutory refund rights in your country (for example, under EU consumer law) are unaffected by this policy.
